By using jms, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jms with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
